Nowadays, having dashboards that summarize in a few indicators the flow of information generated by the company is an extremely valuable resource for those in charge of planning and management tasks. In order to assist in the development of this capacity, from COCEPLAD we provide the elaboration of interactive dashboards for a proper visualization, analysis and monitoring of the more relevant indicators for each management unit. Using Microsoft Power BI as the main software, we work on the creation and installation of dynamic and concise reports that allows users to make better founded decisions based on the analysis of economic information at different levels of drill-down and detail. We also teach the future dasboard’s users how to handle and transform them by themselves.
